The Super Holiday Shop:
Highlighting and supporting SUPER businesses in our communities
Welcome to the SUPER HOLIDAY SHOP!
We’re so glad you’re here. As a small, woman-owned business, we’re SO thankful for all of the support we receive year-round. This holiday season, we’re on a mission to GIVE BACK.
The purpose is simple: elevate others, support our community, and show true gratitude for all the love and support we have received.
The Super Holiday Shop highlights woman-, minority-, LGBTQIA+-, and other independently-owned businesses in and around our community, and encourages support of those businesses during the holiday season. These businesses are given the opportunity to share a discount or other promotion if they would like, but are not required to do so in order to be included in this program.
ALL businesses featured in our Super Holiday Shop are nominated by Super Sitters, Super Families, or our internal Super Employees.
How the Super Holiday Shop Works
- Businesses are nominated by our Super Sitters, Super Families, or Super Employees.
- Our team reviews each nominee and determines if the business qualifies*.
- Qualifying businesses receive an email notifying them of their inclusion in the program, as well as an opportunity to provide a discount or perk to consumers via the program.
- Visitors to the Super Holiday Shop provide their email address, and receive an automatic email with codes/directions to use ALL vendors featured in the program.
The deadline to nominate was November 22, 2023. Be sure to support the participating businesses throughout this season!
The Super Holiday Shop will run through January 15, 2024.
* To qualify, businesses must be independently owned, provide an item, service, or experience which could be gifted or utilized during the holiday season, and have values which align with the CSSitters values of inclusion, diversity, equality, trust, and support. Qualifying businesses must also have a website and a social media presence on IG, FB, or TikTok.
Businesses featured as part of the Super Holiday Shop are featured below once approved*. Check back in to see which businesses have offers or promos once they are notified of their selection!

Belle's Baked Goods
FROM THEIR WEBSITE: “Belle’s Baked Goods was founded by Lara, an Aussie expat in the USA looking for a taste of home. This inspired her to experiment with her recipes and find the best flavors.
Krista is a trained pastry Chef from NYC, who has worked in some of the top restaurants in NYC and Charlotte. She has a passion for all things sweet and has also found a love for Aussie treats. Together, we are partnering to share delicious goodies to Charlotte and beyond.”
