Our special events services are specifically designed for babysitting at corporate events, child-free gatherings, conferences, or any other time your group needs childcare.

We can accommodate groups of all sizes in the Chicago area and we take care of all the work so you can focus on your event.

Request Event Sitter

Event P1

They Book & They Pay

This is for you IF: you are having a child-free event and want to provide your attendees with a safe, stress-free childcare option. Even those that aren’t wild about the idea.

We will provide you a blurb for your event site or invitation of what we do, and how to move forward with the booking. Once you get them in touch with us, we’ll take it from there. 

Pricing

Family pays placement fee and sitter hourly.

  • $50/sitter to CSSitters
  • Hourly paid to sitter, starts at $20 (rates will vary based on child ages, etc.)

Details

  • Each family will be required to complete a registration/profile with CSSitters.
  • Each family will get a phone call with a member of the CSSitters staff to make sure they are feeling comfortable with the idea of hiring a sitter.

Event P2

Group sitting, OFF-site

This is for you IF: you want to provide group childcare for your event, but want the parents to drop children off in another spot, you do not want children in or around event happenings.

You arrange the space/room at a location other than the event, and we will supply the sitters! We will provide you a link to share to have the kids pre-register and will handle all check-ins and outs. 

Pricing

  • Base Fee – $500 (includes 2 sitters)
  • Each Additional Sitter – $100
  • Each Sitter Hour – $35

Details

  • Number of sitters needed will be determined by the agency and will depend on the number and ages of children attending.
  • Preliminary child-count due four weeks before event.
  • Final child-count due two weeks before event.
  • Includes our CSS activity box  — coloring books, games, toys, activities (for kids 3+).
  • Event can request additional toys be purchased at a rate TBD per request.
  • Base Rate is the deposit and is due at contract signing.
  • Sitter Fees and Sitter Hours (if applicable) due 3 days before event
  • For events with 20+ kids, additional fees apply.
  • Prices subject to seasonal change.

Event P3

Group sitting, ON-site

This is for you IF: you want to provide childcare at your event, and you want the children involved and/or able to come in and out of the event, freely.

You provide a designated child-friendly space in/around your event space and we will supply the sitters! We will provide you with a child-registration link to share with your attendees so we know who’s bringing children.

Pricing

  • Base Fee – $1575 (includes 3 sitters)
  • Each Additional Sitter – $200
  • Each Sitter Hour – $35
